{"id":2088,"date":"2026-02-23T08:57:34","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:57:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/54.180.171.204\/?page_id=2088"},"modified":"2026-02-23T08:57:35","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T23:57:35","slug":"%ec%9d%b4%ec%9a%a9%ec%95%bd%ea%b4%80","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/twarelab.com\/en\/%ec%9d%b4%ec%9a%a9%ec%95%bd%ea%b4%80\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Article 1(Purpose)<br>This agreement aims to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the online shopping mall (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cShopping Mall\u201d) operated by TwareLab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCompany\u201d), and its users when using the goods and services (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cProducts\u201d) provided by the Shopping Mall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 2 (Definition)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cShopping Mall\u201d refers to a virtual business place established by the Company using computers and other information and communication facilities to allow users to trade goods or services. The term may also be used to refer to the business entity operating the Shopping Mall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cUser\u201d refers to both members and non-members who access the Shopping Mall and receive products provided by the Shopping Mall in accordance with this agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cMember\u201d refers to a person who registers as a member by providing personal information to the Shopping Mall, continuously receives information from the Shopping Mall, and is able to continuously use the products provided by the Shopping Mall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNon-member\u201d refers to a person who uses the products provided by the Shopping Mall without registering as a member.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 3 (Specification and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Shopping Mall shall display the contents of these terms and conditions, the company name, the address of the business location, telephone number (including fax number and e-mail address), business registration number, and commerce registration number on the initial service screen (front page) of the Shopping Mall so that users can easily access this information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Shopping Mall may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the Shopping Mall amends the terms and conditions, it shall specify the effective date and the reason for the amendment, and shall notify users by posting the amended terms and the current terms on the initial page of the Shopping Mall from at least seven days before the effective date until the day before the effective date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the Shopping Mall amends the terms and conditions, the amended terms shall apply only to contracts entered into after the effective date, and the previous terms shall apply to contracts already entered into before that date. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract expresses a desire to have the amended terms apply to their contract during the notification period specified in Paragraph 3 and obtains the consent of the Shopping Mall, the amended terms shall apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Matters not specified in these terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the guidelines for consumer protection in electronic commerce established by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, related laws and regulations, and customary practices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Shopping Mall performs the following tasks.<br>\u2460 Providing information about products and concluding purchase contracts<br>\u2461 Delivering products for which purchase contracts have been concluded<br>\u2462 Other tasks determined by the Shopping Mall<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If reasons such as a product being out of stock or changes in technical specifications arise, the Shopping Mall may modify the content of products to be provided in the future. In such cases, the Shopping Mall shall specify the details and the date of provision of the modified products and announce them together with the current product information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a user suffers any loss due to not being aware of the details of products promised to be provided by the Shopping Mall, the Shopping Mall shall compensate for such loss. However, this does not apply if the Shopping Mall has no intentional or negligent fault.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 5 (Suspension of Services)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Shopping Mall may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of inspection, malfunction, or interruption of computers or other information and communication facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a user suffers loss due to the temporary suspension of services for reasons stated in Paragraph 1, the Shopping Mall shall be exempt from liability unless the Shopping Mall intentionally caused such loss.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the Shopping Mall becomes unable to provide services due to business transformation, cessation of business, or merger with another company, it shall notify users and provide compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 6 (Membership Registration)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A user may apply for membership by entering their member information in the registration form specified by the Shopping Mall and agreeing to these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Shopping Mall may provide necessary services (such as membership level, points, discounts, etc.) to users who have registered as members in accordance with Paragraph 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Shopping Mall may refuse to accept a membership application in the following cases.<br>\u2460 If there are false statements, omissions, or errors in the registration details<br>\u2461 If it is determined that registering as a member would significantly hinder the Shopping Mall from a technical perspective<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 7 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A member may request to withdraw at any time, and the Shopping Mall shall process the withdrawal immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the Shopping Mall may restrict or suspend their membership qualification.<br>\u2460 If the member provided false information when applying for membership<br>\u2461 If the member violates laws or these terms and conditions in connection with the use of the Shopping Mall<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 8 (Formation of Contract)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When a user makes a purchase request, the Shopping Mall guides them to confirm the following matters.<br>\u2460 The details and price of the product to be purchased<br>\u2461 The method and cost of delivery for the product<br>\u2462 The terms and conditions of the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the user makes a purchase request, the Shopping Mall expresses acceptance, and the contract is thereby formed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 9 (Methods of Payment)<br>The payment for goods purchased from the Shopping Mall shall be made using any of the available methods listed below.<br>a. Credit card payment<br>b. Online direct deposit (bank transfer)<br>c. Mobile phone payment<br>d. Other methods guided by the Shopping Mall<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 10 (Acknowledgement of Receipt, Modification and Cancellation of Purchase Request)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When the user makes a purchase request, the Shopping Mall sends an acknowledgement of receipt to the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is any discrepancy in the intent after receiving the acknowledgement of receipt, the user may immediately modify or cancel their purchase request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 11 (Supply of Goods)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unless otherwise separately agreed upon regarding the supply timing between the user and the Shopping Mall, the Shopping Mall shall take the necessary actions to fulfill the contract so that the goods can be delivered within 7 days from the date the user makes the purchase request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the supply of goods is delayed and the user suffers damage as a result, the Shopping Mall shall compensate the user for such damage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 12 (Refunds)<br>If the supply of goods is impossible due to a stockout or other unavoidable reasons, the Shopping Mall shall refund the payment or take necessary actions for the refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 13 (Withdrawal of Purchase Request, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A user who has entered into a contract for the purchase of goods with the Shopping Mall may withdraw their purchase request within a certain period in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When a purchase request is withdrawn, the Shopping Mall shall refund any payment already received and provide guidance on necessary expenses such as return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user may not withdraw their purchase request in the following cases.<br>\u2460 When the goods are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user<br>\u2461 In other cases where withdrawal of the purchase request is restricted by law<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 14 (Protection of Personal Information)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Shopping Mall shall collect only the minimum personal information necessary, within the required scope, when collecting the user's personal information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the Shopping Mall collects or uses the user's personal information, it shall notify the user of the purpose and obtain their consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Shopping Mall shall not use the collected personal information for purposes other than those intended, nor provide it to third parties without the user\u2019s consent (except as provided by law).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 15 (Obligations of the Shopping Mall)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Shopping Mall shall provide optimal services to users in accordance with these terms and relevant laws and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Shopping Mall shall do its best to protect personal information so that users can use the service safely.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 16 (Obligations of the User)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user shall comply with these terms and conditions, relevant laws and regulations, and other matters provided by the Shopping Mall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When using the services of the Shopping Mall, the user shall not engage in the following acts.<br>\u2460 Registering false information<br>\u2461 Using another person's information without authorization<br>\u2462 Acts that interfere with the operation of the Shopping Mall<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 17 (Copyright Ownership and Restrictions on Use)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copyrights for content provided through the Shopping Mall's services are owned by the Shopping Mall or its suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user may not use information from the Shopping Mall for commercial activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 18 (Dispute Resolution)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Shopping Mall shall do its best to remedy any damage suffered by the user in the event of a dispute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a dispute arises between the Shopping Mall and the user, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with relevant laws and the decision of a dispute resolution agency or court.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Article 19 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Litigation regarding disputes between the Shopping Mall and the user shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the location of the Shopping Mall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The governing law related to these terms and conditions shall be the laws of the Republic of Korea.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Addendum<br>These terms and conditions shall take effect from March 2, 2026.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\uc81c 1 \uc870
